2 out of 5 do not mist..

2 out of my 5 new mister do spray at all, the other ones do not create a real mist, but rather spit out large drops. There are no leaks in the system and all the straight nozzles work fine, just the riser assemblies do not work properly. Sent 2 e mails to support and never got a response.
