Warranty

Moogo guarantees that our equipment is free from material and workmanship defects under the following conditions:

Warranty Duration:

The warranty will last for three years from the date of the product’s original purchase. During this period, Moogo will repair or replace defective parts with new ones at no charge. The warranty does not cover labor costs or other expenses related to the diagnosis, disassembly, installation, shipping, servicing, or handling of either defective parts or replacement parts.

Scope of Warranty:

This warranty is exclusively for the parts and equipment installed on the console. It supersedes all other warranties, whether expressed or implied. No person, agent, dealer, or distributor is authorized to offer any additional warranties or assume any liabilities on Moogo’s behalf.

Warranty Conditions:

· This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

· Proof of purchase and accurate completion of the purchase information in the designated section of the owner’s manual is required before any warranty service can be provided.

· The installation, use, care, and maintenance of the console must be documented and performed according to the instructions in the Moogo operating manual.

· Moogo reserves the right to void the warranty if these conditions are not met.

· All warranty claims related to non-conformance to specifications, or defects in materials and workmanship must be reported promptly upon discovery. Defects discovered after three years from the original purchase date are not covered by this warranty.

Warranty Limitations:

· Moogo’s obligation under this warranty does not extend to:

· Equipment damaged due to negligence, misuse, abuse, improper adjustments, accidents, vandalism, force majeure, acts of war (declared or undeclared), improper application, or any circumstances beyond the control of Moogo.

· Broken glass panel, cosmetic damage, damage during transit, and failures caused by products not supplied by Moogo.

· Failures result from improper installation, setup adjustments, incorrect operation, power line surges, improper voltage supply, or damage from lightning.

· Equipment that has been repaired or altered without authorization from Moogo, or not in accordance with such authorization, as well as equipment not maintained per the operations manual.

Note: Missing items must be photographed and reported within 24 hours of the original installation, or they will be considered lost and not covered by the warranty.
